It does not. My "first out" weather app is actually My-Cast but it is not designed for iPad use. Sure I can use it on my iPad but it's really doesn't look that great. My-Cast radar is very good but the forecasts are somewhat questionable. Sent from my New iPad using iPF

The screen is crystal clear. I'm not familiar with the Zagg protector. I do not see any signs of the pixel effect that my co-workers original release (black and the magnets don't activate sleep mode correctly) or my iPhone 4S Defender have.

Is everyone just keeping track of usage by watching the clock or is there a timer app out there somewhere smart enough to only count when the iPad is "not" in sleep mode?
