If your rooted, get android-wifi-tether - Project Hosting on Google Code App, it will make your droid a mifi. You will make wifi with the droid. I haven't used the walking wifi app but I sure it can't be different the the wireless tether app in the link.

Yea it really is a great iPod, I really like to listen to music and browsing the net or playing a game.

Skype works great on it, seems kinda crazy talking on the iPad. The sound quality is good on both ends. I tried the iPhone headphones with the mic also, works great.

If you have a rooted droid you can get a free app called wireless tether, it turns your droid into a mifi.

I have the droid its rooted (jail broken), it has a mifi app. It will wireless teather from at least 30 feet away maybe further. Works great with the iPad. I have used two laptops and iPad at the same time with it. I like how I'm already paying the 30 a month for the smart phone plan anyway, so...

Yea the sync cable doesn't go right in, I stretch the case alittle bit then it stays in. That and accessing the lock button is really my only complaints about it. The small issues I have with it aren't bad enough to stop using it or to try to find another case. Still works great for me.

It fits like a glove, perfect case for me. I got the apple foldable case also, don't really see using it a lot. Probably will mainly be using the cimo case.

I ordered the cimo soft silcone case last week. When I got the pad today they had the apple foldable case. I picked it up also. I really like the apple case for on the go, but I really like the cimo case for around the house. Glad I got both:)
