    Bloomberg Businessweek is reporting that in Taiwan, where iPads are not legally allowed for sale (prior to receiving governmental licensing approval), vendors are using a loophole where accessories (like cases and camera connection kits) are being sold for $1,000 - and the device itself is included as a freebie.
