Using IPad2 in Vietnam and apple tv

Recently bought apple tv and find the whole airplay feature fantastic but I don't believe I am getting the complete apple tv menus. Is there restriction due to the region I'm in?

Most probably. In the UK we certainly don't get everything at the same time as the US. I think it's all down to licensing.
