Upload photo for jobstreet

I do want to upload the photo on my job street by using ipad2 but when I came to the page, the 'browse' button showed in grey color. I can't click on it and I try to use different browser to open the webpage but i still encounter the same problem. So what should I do on it?

The browser that appears to work is iCab, have you tried this?
