Streaming to twitch with Ipad 7 lastest operative system?

I have a problem when streaming to twitch on any streaming app, it simply doesnt fill the streamer screen. Any setting in ipad i change this and where?

The app developers were only given a days notice to submit revised apps to the App Store when iOS/iPadOS 14 was released. Maybe twitch still needs to be updated.
