serious audio problem

Hi all:

My wife ipad has a strange behaviour now.

I don't know if she did any update of anything but for any strange reason audio has became horribly loud and distorted !!!!

No matter what I play everything is terribly distorted and messed.

Any ideas???

You can try resetting the iPad.

HARD RESET : Press and hold the home and power button simultaneously for 10-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will NOT loose any data.
