Scrolling with Ipad through remote computer

Can anyone tell me how to operate the mouse to scroll down a page when using a remote computer to view a web page (using logmein to access a web page that cannot be accessed using the Ipad directly) can view page but cannot get the mouse pointer to scroll down the page so can see all the page. Any help appreciated!

Does logmein give instructions?

Try two-finger swiping, it may work.
