So when is apple going to bring flash into their devices.

Never would be a fairly accurate estimate.

Not interested in arguing about it, that's been done to death. But here is Apple's reasoning on the issue. You may disagree, but unless you are talking to Mr. Jobs, it's a waste of time. Even then, unless you think you can summon a better argument than Adobe and a hoard of Flash developers.

Thoughts on Flash

At any rate, Adobe is well on it's way to making the whole thing moot. They are quickly adding HTML and HTML5 compatibility across their product line. I'm sure they would have preferred to take amore leisurely approach, but the world is changing, again, and Adobe seems to be sane enough to move with the times, and profits.

It's not Apple alone forcing these changes, but they certainly upped the anti.
