Problem with itunes back-up.

When I try to back-up my ipad it would say downloaded apps won't be backed up. This happen even if I am not Jbed. I am running the latest iOS version and iTunes.

Does the AppleID on iTunes match that of the AppleID used to download the applications on your device?

Yes. I re checked and it is the same.
