Picture from e-mail to photos folder

Hi all,
Have a photo I received via e-mail and have been trying for quite a while now to move it into the photos folder. No luck.
Want to send it to one of those places that prints photos.
There’s several other options but have always wondered how to get this to work?

Cancel this one......Got it to work.
Was looking for the picture at the bottom of the folder where the “newer” pictures are.
Was at the top with “older” pictures!!!
