Photo / Avatar Upload Issue

Is there any reason why I'm unable to upload a profile photo or avatar? Both are very small, under 20k.

I keep getting the message that the photo could not upload.

I am in the same boat. I contacted one of the moderators and they are looking into it. No matter what I tried it just stated that the forum was UNABLE TO SAVE FILE.

I tried multiple times since joining this forum several weeks ago. Frustrating.
