Very glad to find this forum. Experienced with PCs but new to IPAD which is great (almost). Have 32GB WiFi model. Problem with videos. Unable to play/view videos in Youtube, Netflix, web site video clips. Video stops and locks up after 2-3 seconds (Netflix locks while downloading). Using Verizon FIOS with no problem streaming to laptop or TV/dvd (Netflix). Took IPAD to neighbors who has ATT-uverse and IPAD loaded and played videos just fine. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

Try disabling your firewall in your router/modem/wifi device and see if that fixes it. If it does, then you need to find out what port the iPad needs, to be allowed to pass through the firewall. You may have to call Verizon and check their web site to find out how to do this. I'm sure they have had this problem before, though getting them to admit it, is another thing entirely.
