My ipad doesnt have sound

My ipad sound doesn't work I've tried everything to fix it but still doesn't work what you think is the problem here. Help anyone..

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Settings - sound ..... are your settings activated here? Sorry to ask but sometimes settings get changed when we don't realise, so best to just check.
Well first off, you haven't inadvertently pushed the small toggle switch which is found just above your volume controls have you......if this switch is set to mute, then this will mute your sound.
You will also find a volume control by doing the four finger swipe up or double press your home button, which will reveal your multi task bar, swipe to your right and a sound slide will be found here on the right.

As you didn't post exactly what you have done, some more things you could try, if leelai's great advice doesn't solve your problem:

Restart your device (turn off and on again)
Reboot your iPad (press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears)
Delete apps running in the background (double press Home button to reveal the multitask bar, then press and hold an app until it wiggles, remove all apps from there)
Reset all settings in Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
If you used headphones, plug them in again, leave it there for some time and then remove them. Sometimes this will help.
