Moving photos from iPhone to iPad

New iPad user....is there a way to move my iPhone3 photos directly to my iPad without routing them through my PC or MAC? I got the camera connection kit but of course nothing happens when I plug it in to the iPhone or iPad.....

The "Photo Transfer App" will allow you to send pictures by wifi between iPad and iPhone, or iPod and to, or from, a PC or Mac. Available in the Apple App Store. You must have WiFi available. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up.

photobucket, photo sharing app (using blue tooth), photo zap. with photo sharing and photo zap you can only send them one at a time.
