Missing Apps on iPad

I loaded the iPad Forum App on my iPhone and also wanted it on my iPad ... is it available? I couldn't find it!

Also I'd like streaming stock quotes in my notifications pull down screen on my iPad. Seems to be part of the Stocks Widget on my iPhone, but there is no Stocks Widget on my iPad. Is there any app for the iPad that will appear in iPad Settings / Notification list that allows me to turn on streaming stock info in the Notification pull down screen?

I am interested in the second part of this thread i.e. a Stocks Widget for the iPad so that I can get the ticker feed on Notification. It is on my iPhone, but not my iPad.

It's not available on iPad as far as I am aware unless there is an app developed for notifications. I did notice that there is a weather app which syncs with notifications though.
