Jailbreak IOS 6-6.1 Issues

Every time i try and install iFile, Winterboard,and a piracy tweak it won't work it keeps giving me this message and I am not sure if the jailbreak is corrupted or something but I want to know why this is happening and if there's anything I can do about this. Thanks for your help and support and hopefully know one else is experiencing the same issues i am. And HAPPY JAILBREAK (just wish I could celebrate)
