Is it possible to instal ios 6.1.2 on my iPad 3? (I have another ipad3 with 6.1.2)

I have 2 ipad's v3 and one is on 6.1.2 and another on 5.x.
Is it possible to install 6.1.2 on my 5.x ipad using some advantage of having another ipad v3 with 6.1.2 or it's impossible and now I can only upgrade to 6.1.3?

You can't selectively upgrade with the iPad 3. If you upgrade, it will be to iOS 6.1.3.

Mine was ipad2 with ios 5.1.1...any info when untethered jailbreak for 6.1.3 for ipad 2?

The odds are against you as the jail break community (e.g. the folk who create the jail break tools) have said they will not "waste" an exploit to try and jail break iOS 6.1.3. I'm afraid you'll have to wait and hope that a jail break for iOS 7 is found and released.
