IPAD Tablet with GPS

I will shortly be buying a tablet computer for which I need a GPS chip included in the spec as well as Wifi. I do not want to have a monthly communication contract. I am considering an Apple iPad - do any of the current iPad models fall withinin this spec? I anticipate only using the wifi when at home or within range of a free wifi access. I would have no plans to use this picking up email roaming as on an iPhone.

All wifi + cellular iPads have a built in GPS chip. You do not need a cellular data plan in order to use the GPS.
