iPad pro refresh thoughts?

Since today (3-27-18) brought no new iPad pro, any thoughts on when tha model could be refreshed and in what ways?

There's no way to tell for sure as Apple never releases details of upcoming models ahead of time but it's probable that if Apple releases a new iPad Pro this year it will be at the regular time in September. We did see the release of an Apple Pencil compatible 9.7" iPad today.

yeah that’s the thing that makes planning a buy decision tough. the rumor mill is accurate to an extent but not 100% reliable.

Is the A10 of the current pros a more significant jump over the A9 than the A11x is over the A10?

My hope is that gen 3 of the 12.9–update of 10.5 too—will be announced at WWDC in June as it was last year. Of course that’s a ‘hope’ since I need to upgrade—we won’t know until WWDC of course.
