Introduction and Keynote question on the Ipad 2

Hey everyone, my name is RKinney from East Bay Area Northern California. I do alot of community development in my home town, teach singing, married 28 yrs, 3 grown kids, getting ready to run for City Council.

My question is: How do you create a slide full background color, texture, etc. w/o filling just the text boxes? I have imported them with other presentations but can I do it from scratch in Keystone on the Ipad 2?
