Hi everybody, I'm new here and hope to solve some of my problems and will try to help the others as well. Thank's.
My first question is:
I use the software fast stone in my PC, that allows me to view and compare pre and post operative images side by side very easily. Is there any app that could help me in this metter?

The only thing I can think of is one of the side-by-side web browsers. If both pictures were available via the web you could navigate to each one independently and view them.

I can't recommend any of the browsers. I know they are out there, but have never bothered to look into them.
