How to setup ipad w 3g wifi becomes a personal hotspot?

In these days, i tried to find the way that turn my ipad 2 fw 4.3.5 3g wifi become a personal hotspot to share wireless for my laptop but... No way. So please help me. I really need that application

Unless you are jailbroken, there is no way for you to set up your iPad to be a personal hotspot for your laptop.

You can do it without jailbreaking with the iPhone - but not the iPad.

Ah, i understand, it means the ipad2 with versin 4.3.5 doesnt have any way for the hacker. Poor my ipad. Huuuuu
