How to listen to music in another tab, and still browse the web.

Hey people, I found a website where you can listen to music and still use other tabs with the music playing, which I believe you can't do on YouTube, you can also go to the home page and do what ever you like and it'll still play. Well here is the link of the website (don't actually download the song, type the name of the song/artist and then go to download, but it doesn't actually download it just opens a new tab and plays the song)
