How to go back to safari

My search engine is google and I would like to switch back to safari.

I'm a little confused here, Safari is a browser, google is a search engine......google search engine runs inside the safari (and other) browser. Maybe a screenshot of your issue would help (to take a screenshot press the home and on/off buttons at the same time, the resulting image will be in your camera roll)?

OK This is what i mean. If i use Google to search and find a site.in order to save that site on the desk top it will tell me to switch to Safari.

So, I'm still slightly confused.....are you using the Google App?

In that case I don't think that you have much choice but to do your googling from within the Safari App if you want to save your results as bookmarks on your home screen.
