Procedure flow given below
1.Settings/General/Store[Itunes and App store]/click Apple ID[after entering password]/Account Settings/payment info/payment type/ Check NONE/Done
Give feedback.

What you have to do is go to the bottom of the iTunes and App Store home page.

Tap on your Apple ID at the bottom, left corner of the page.



Tap on it and select view Apple ID in the pop up

.

Select payment information.

Choose none as the payment method.
