I'd like to be able to block Youtube videos, based on keyword(s) that I enter. Let's say I choose the keyword "Barney" - if that word appears in the title of the video or in the comments section of a video - that video gets blocked. Simple right? So why cant I find anything out there that does this?

It sounds simple, but it isn't. Google would have to supply the function on the site or as an API. And as far as I know, they don't.
