GPS apps run in iphone unable to run in ipad ?

Hi All my iphone 3.1.2 have JB and install with Papago , which run fine , yesterday i JB my ipad 3.2.1 , when i tick on Papago apps and sync , it does not able to transfer the app to my ipad.

May i know it ipad able to install GPS software ? or it is due Papago cannot run on Ver 3.2.1 ipad ?

some ipads have GPS built in, dont know why any gps apps wouldnt install.

You can add GPS apps the the ipad without any problem. The iPad 3G has built in GPS.

iTunes is not transferring the app because you illegally downloaded it and did not pay for it.
