How can I change the sound for incoming facetime on my ipad air?

Go to the Sounds tab in your Settings app. The top sound (in the list) is "Ringtone." That's the sound your iPad will make when someone calls you on FaceTime. If you tap on it, you'll be taken to another tab where you can select another, different sound.
