E-mail when selected is blank

    Hello All

    When I select my e-mail icon which is indicating I have mail, it is blank a white screen. I went to settings to check me connections every thing is connected then I said dud of course it's connected or your icon wouldn't show the number of mail waiting. I then thought ok maybe I will shut it off and back on but nothing happened still blank. Please help any suggestions?

    Try to force close the app, reset your iPad or restart it.

    To force close: double tap the Home button to show the multitasking bar, slide the picture above the Mail app icon towards the top of the screen.

    To reset: press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until you see the Apple logo. Let go of both buttons. The iPad will power up on it's own.

    To restart: turn it off, then on again.

    If this doesn't help, try removing the email account (delete it) and set it up again. In most cases, this will remove problems with email accounts.
