Can't get important pop ups

Hi All!
Karen here new owner of iPad and iPhone since fall of last year
My query is I have popups blocked unchecked on both
I get the pop ups I need on the phone but not on the iPad
Any thoughts?

Hi Krl...by chance do you have your notifications switched to on for specific apps you want notices on? Try to see if that is the issue. Go to iPad settings/notifications.

I do not get notifications from the website I want popups from. Also I get the popup fine from my iPhone

Krl-are you using safari? Have you tried any of the other web browsers, such as atomic?
