Availability?

My iPad shows iOS 7 is available, but my iPhone 4S shows "software up to date" at iOS 6.1.3.


Any idea why?

Overload.... Can't even get the site now

It's unusual that your 4S shows it as being unavailable, but when big updates are released, Apple's servers become overloaded, making it impossible for many to download the update.

It's 1:30am here and I've JUST been able to succesfully download iOS 7.
