Hi Folks,
I have an iTunes ID, so far everything running smoothly.
but, someday i was changed my billing info and get message "Please Contact iTunes Support to Complete This Transaction"
And i was raise a ticket to apple support, but the answer always still investigating and it's has been too long.
I can't make purchase because this problem. I come from outside US.
What should i do?
Please give me the solution..
