Apple store purchase not working :(

Hi guys,

I buy my first iPad 2 in US and upgrade to IOS 6....just notice the "purchase" at apple store not working anymore...is any body's having same problem like me? Am also purchase iPad 2 in UAE + iPad 3 online store....both working very well. Need some explanation WHY....
