Airplay And Bluetooth Question

I recently paired a Jabra BT3030 to my iPad and it works fine, but my question is...when I plug my ipad into my car, the audio is output to my car stereo through the dock connector but when I pair the jabra the audio goes to it. I can of course switch the audio back to the dock connector, but I want to know if there is a way to make the dock connector keep the audio and ensure that it never goes over bluetooth, as the only thing I want to use the Jabra for is it's remote (avrcp) functions.
