It would be easier to show you how to set up an email account with a thread in iPF. Everyone else could help you as well, and with pictures it's always easier to understand.

In theory - without pictures: go to Settings - Mails, Contacts, Calendars. There tap "Add Account". With Gmail it should be easy. All you have to do is choose "Google Mail", enter username and password, and your name.

I've set up my email accounts in Mail, there's where I get them. I don't have to remember my password each time.

You'll get the option with that arrow and the icons at the bottom only with the iPF app, not with Safari.
Yes, it would definitely be better to delete the homescreen icon of iPF. Awww! Just saw it looks better than the iPF app icon.

Another suggestion: close the app, clear cache and cookies in Settings - Safari, delete iPF from the multitask bar, and if you open it again, you'll be back to the app view.

Yes, we do have holidays here in Austria. Ours started yesterday.

I'm just trying to figure out what could be wrong. If you use the app, there should be the arrow. If you're in Safari, you don't have that option.

Did you find back to the app again?

Austria is a beautiful country. It's not really big, you need one day to get from my end (East) to the other one (West) by car. I really love it.
There are so many variations, from the Alps to my Pannonian Plain. I've often heard people saying that Austria is an island of the blessed. It's true, not always - most of the time.

If you're in the app, in website view, where you sent me a message before, there has to be the title of the thread where you are now in the upper left corner with an arrow. Tap it, and you come back to the app view.
I would like to send you a screenshot, but I can't. Sorry. Perhaps it helps this way as well.

You can use as your lock screen whatever you like. If you want to post it in iPF, all you have to do is add the source, afaik. It's a great picture. I like it. Also the one from Greece.
