I am going to buy an ipad3 32gb but do not know if I should buy wifi only or wifi and cellular.
Where I live I get wifi so it will be no problem at all.
But where my partner lives he cannot get wifi and when I take my laptop to his place I take a dongle and
top up using o2.
Could I ever connect to the internet at his place with any ipad please
