iPhone apps do run on iPads, just at smaller screen size compared to native iPad apps. You can enlarge them with the x2 button although they will look slightly fuzzy.

You can download and use the iphone version, but its just naff!!

Thats what I am using, but its just rubbish. i thought I saw/read somewhere that spotify were bring an i-pad version out soon!!!
