Whatsapp - when available?

Hi there. Does anyone know when Whatsapp will be available in UK for ipad & iPhone?

I saw the ad for it, clicked on the link for downloading to iPhone but just got a message from the App Store "unavailable in uk store" (also, the same message for US store). Strange, because the advert seemed to think it was available on all platforms!

If anyone can shed light on this, or suggest an alternative perhaps, I'd be v.grateful! Thanks

Whatsapp is an iPhone only app and will not work on the iPad. It's not available in the UK. Whether or not it becomes available in the UK is up to the developers.
