What does I stand for ?

I have too many things that start with "I" and I don't really know what "I" means

iPhone 3GS
iPhone 4
iPad2
iPod (very old)
IMac
MacBook Pro (no "I" ?)

I depend on all that but me(not I) still don't know what "I" means
