I am not able find the what's app application for my ipad can any one help me in this

Whatsapp is not available for ipad.
As MoonlitSonata has indicated, you can't put WhatsApp on a stock iPad as the developer is not supporting any of the iPads. You must be jail broken to install WhatsApp, but the latest iOS upgrades do not, yet, support JB.
There have been a number of threads asking this question, and they have all lead to this same conclusion
