Webcam Apps?

Does anyone know if there are any good free webcam Apps out there?

I have seen Earthcam app but its nt very good.

Any idea please.

Webcam apps? Are you referring to video chat? In this case, FaceTime or Skype should suffice...
Please provide more information as to what qualities and abilities a "webcam app" shall have.
