Voice memos not syncing from Nano to iPad.

Hi all.

I use voice memos lots.
I usually record using my Nano, but when it comes to syncing my iPad nothing happens.

I have tried everything and ticked everything.
Still only the playlist heading is available.

Can anyone help?
Or is it a matter of Nano,s voice memos cannot be used on iPads.

Are you using iTunes and synchronising via your PC or have you upgraded to iOS5 and are synchronising via iCloud?
