Uuummmmmm I don't see a way to buy this, it says free shipping but has no "purchase" button. Maybe you have to buy a device also?

Are you viewing the website on your iPad? If so it does not show add to cart. You have to view the website from your computer. That's the only way I can see "add to cart"
