URGENT - How to turn OFF group messaging on iPad 2

User recently got in trouble when someone responded with a question unrelated to the photo I sent, which I hate, although my fault as I should never use group messaging or send to more than one recipient at a time.

How do I turn off group messaging, particularly group REPLIES????

UGGHHH. I got in trouble. I think I might turn off autocorrect as well!!!! But I like spell check.
