Upload pictures to website?

Is there a way to upload pictures to websites? For instance the Ellen show website requests you to upload picture.

If you jailbreak yes. There is an app called safari uploader. Works great!

A lot of people here have had some success with the iCab Mobile ($1.99) web browser. I've never tried it myself, but I understand that you can use it to help you upload pictures.
