Stuck in restore mode

I Updated my ipad4 to ios7.0.2 and now it's stuck in restore mode. I tried power and home buttons but it don't work . Can someone pls help me ??? Thanx in advance.

When you were doing the upgrade, we're you doing the "over the air" method (through your Settings app)? If yes, try connecting the iPad to the latest iTunes and seeing if you can restore/upgrade it via iTunes.

If you were never jail broken, you can skip step #2. Otherwise, if followed exactly, this tutorial should get you to iOS 7.0.2.
