Hi guys

I,ve got Splashtop installed, but haven't used it since it first came out. I need to start using it again, but have a question first.....

When I originally installed it on my iPad/pc, it worked great, but it always re-sized my pc resolution to suit my iPad, and left it there. I had to constantly come behind it and put my pc screen back to normal and re arrange my icons to where they were originally. What a complete faff. This is the reason why I stopped using it.

Does this still happen? Or does it now leave my pc screen and resolution and layout alone how it should be?

I also need to start using it on my mac, but not if it still buggers about with the monitors display layout and size.

Thank you

Yes, there is now a setting for splash top that will make it stop doing that to your computer monitor. So, what happens is that the iPad ends up showing the screen smaller if your computer monitor is a bigger display than the iPad display. Makes the picture smaller, obviously, but at least it doesn't mess up your computer display (and yes, I hated that too).

Don't know where that setting switch is, specifically, in SplashTop, but it's fixed. Yell if you can't find it...

It still happens to me occasionally but a reboot of the remote pc fixes it!
