Sound notification- Help

Hi - new to the IPAD2 - Is there a way to have a different sound for -- say---- new mail notification, calendar alerts, etc. Sorry if this is a dumb question

Not with a stock iPad - not at this time.

If you had a jailbroken one, then yes, you could change system sounds (as I have) by adding a theme.

Not the best answer, I know - but it's the only one I got!
