Skylanders Coming to iPhone and iPod Touch

MCVUK reports that Activision has announced that it is bringing the full console version of Skylanders to iPhone and iPod Touch as well as iPad. Previous iOS Skylanders game Trap Team, which was released last year, was only available on iPad.

Skylanders SuperChargers Starter Pack will include a Bluetooth portal for the figures, a Bluetooth console-style controller, and a stand. Also included in the pack is Instant Spit Fire and Instant Hot Streak, which can be downloaded completely free, with Instant versions of Dive-Clops, Dive Bomber, Super Shot Stealth Elf and Stealth Stinger all available as in-app purchases.

A new cloud save feature means that you will be able to start playing on one Apple device, then continue playing on another via your Game Centre account.

Activision recently announced that Skylanders SuperChargers will also features land, sea, and sky vehicles.”
